We are looking for a People Organization and Rewards Specialist to join our Global People team.
This role combines organizational design, job architecture and rewards, contributing to the evolution of our organizational model and ensuring our compensation and rewards practices are aligned with business strategy, market competitiveness and talent needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with People Leaders, business leaders and Centers of Excellence to support key initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, job evaluation, compensation structures and rewards programs.
This position requires strong analytical capabilities, a data:driven mindset and the ability to translate business needs into practical organizational and rewards solutions that support sustainable growth and business performance.
What you will do
Organization and Job Architecture
-Participate in organizational design initiatives, analyzing business requirements and proposing efficient organizational structures.
-Support the definition, review and maintenance of job architectures, job families, job descriptions and job clusters.
-Analyze roles and positions to determine their grading and classification within the Companys organizational framework.
-Maintain and ensure the accuracy of organizational structures and position data within the HRIS.
-Contribute to global workforce planning and personnel budgeting processes, coordinating information with People teams and business stakeholders.
-Support strategic projects related to organizational transformation, workforce optimization and operating model evolution.
Rewards and Compensation
-Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs globally.
-Participate in compensation benchmarking activities, salary survey
