- Overseeing the day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the business.
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Preparing accurate financial reports and management information to support decision-making.
- Monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and working capital performance.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and controls.
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of financial systems and tools.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinating relationships with external auditors, advisors, and other key stakeholders.
- Establishing robust financial controls, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Leading, developing, and mentoring members of the finance team.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to support business objectives.
- Contributing to the development of a scalable finance function capable of supporting future growth.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.




- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles within international or fast-paced business environments.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Experience working with ERP systems and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different areas of the business.
- Fluent English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Previous experience leading, developing, or mentoring finance professionals will be considered a plus.
