In this role you will architect and tailor Servigistics solutions to client needs, guiding implementations with a focus on Service Parts Management and inventory optimization. You will collaborate with a multicultural, cross-functional team to translate business requirements into practical designs and facilitate workshops with customers. Your work helps customers improve service levels and reduce parts stock while accelerating value realization. This is a hands-on, client-facing position at the heart of PTC’s Servigistics practice, offering meaningful impact and global collaboration.

• Lead and facilitate customer workshops to elicit requirements and define Servigistics-based solutions
• Design and translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
• Configure and support Servigistics Service Parts Planning implementations
• Provide customer training on Servigistics functionality and best practices
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and customer teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor peers in Service Supply Chain and Servigistics topics
• Identify opportunities for process consulting and solution improvements
• Travel to customer sites (~10%) for workshops and deployments
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in Supply Planning, Service Parts Planning, Inventory Planning, or related areas
• xghoner Hands-on experience with Service Parts Planning software; Servigistics preferred
• Strong understanding of Service Supply Chain concepts
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing workshops
• Ability to translate business requirements into design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work with distributed international teams
