We create audio tools that let gamers, streamers, and content creators shape their online identity with voice changers, soundboards, and real-time effects. We're a team of 90+ people working remotely or from our Valencia HQ or our coworking space in Barcelona. We're passionate about pushing the boundaries of audio and building products that make digital spaces more expressive and playful. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager (CRM & In-App) owns the user journey through our comms, in-app and beyond. Product Marketing brings the story;
You'll build and run our lifecycle programs (mainly in Iterable), use Amplitude and Looker to define audiences and find insights, and connect every send to the activation, conversion and retention it drives.
You'll partner closely with our Desktop, Mobile and Devices Teams, each with its own users, goals and roadmap, and with Product Marketing, Copywriting and Design. You'll report to the VP of Marketing.
Define and lead audience segmentation and personalization based on user behavior, lifecycle stage and subscription status.




Turn Product Marketing's messaging into lifecycle comms with Copywriting and Design, adapting it to each audience, stage and channel.
Propose and run the lifecycle testing roadmap: Run A/B tests on audiences, timing, channels and formats, measure impact in Amplitude and Looker, and turn insights into next actions.
Contribute and report on lifecycle KPIs and share learnings with Growth, Monetization, Product Marketing and the product mods.
4+ years in lifecycle or CRM marketing, ideally in a B2C app, gaming or subscription product.
~ Data fluency: comfortable with product analytics (Amplitude or similar) and BI dashboards (Looker or similar) to build audiences, read results and find the "so what."
~ Experience designing and reading A/B tests.
~ You can say "not this week" with data to back it up.
~ Basic HTML/CSS for email and in-app templates.
~ You QA every send end-to-end (audience, triggers, rendering and tracking),
