At Progressive Engineering , we are currently looking for a Site Construction Manager / Site Coordinator to join a leading company involved in cutting-edge data center and critical infrastructure projects. Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring successful project delivery from material reception through to final handover.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, suppliers, and all project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, propose mitigation actions, and support decision-making alongside the Project Manager and Technical Manager.
Oversee quality, timelines, logistics, and construction milestones to guarantee successful project execution.
Degree or Higher Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.




Experience managing and coordinating construction projects within industrial, electrical, infrastructure, or data center environments.
Knowledge of MV & LV electrical distribution systems.
Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Valuable experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Data Centers, HVAC, cabling, containment systems, racks, communications, and space management.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
English (minimum B2 level) with strong written and verbal technical communication skills.
Native Portuguese speaker.
40 hours/week with occasional overtime and weekend work depending on project requirements.
