Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives
Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members
5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Develop PayPal Spain's Partnership Marketing function, building consumer‐facing co‐marketing campaigns with merchant partners that deliver measurable ROI for both sides. Own the full cycle, partnership strategy, negotiation,
execution across CRM, paid media and merchant assets, and performance reporting. Lead cross‐functional teams across sales, brand, product, and analytics, and represent PayPal directly to its largest merchants. Manage the channel marketing budget and track market trends to surface new growth opportunities.
A seasoned marketing professional with broad consumer marketing experience
Experience in partnership marketing or commercial roles
A strong presenter who is comfortable representing PayPal in front of our largest customers
Results‐driven with a test‐and‐learn mentality
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential
