360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our DACH team from Spain. You will generate opportunities from top priority accounts and own the qualification of inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for the Account Executives.
You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to build a strong pipeline, master our tool stack (Sales Loft, Linked In Navigator, Gong), and advance from onboarding to monthly quotas while working remotely across Spain.
