Overview

In this role you shape enterprise AI and data strategy for clients, leading multi-stakeholder workstreams and large-scale delivery. You translate data into actionable insights, define roadmaps, and embed Responsible AI to connect AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes. You will work across the Global AI & Data Strategy Consulting team in Supply Chain & Engineering, driving growth, innovation, and transformation. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge AI programs and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

- Shape vision for data & AI-led reinvention and identify opportunities for growth
- Define and structure data and AI strategy to optimize data assets and AI technologies
- Assess AI/data foundation maturity; specify building blocks like platform blueprint and operating model
- Create business case, investment profile and roadmap for strategy delivery
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision, roadmap,



and ecosystem partnerships
- Identify people, processes, and technologies to operationalize AI solutions
- Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities

Requisitos principales

- Experience with AI & data strategy
- Engineering problem-solving mindset
- Strong program management and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and proactive in originations of deals and GTM activities
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with modern AI concepts including ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering
- Interest in enterprise AI adoption and business applications
- Willingness to learn new AI technologies and methodologies
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps and AI industrialization is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish & English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
