Overview

In this role you will lead supply planning and replenishment to secure product availability while optimizing stock. You will collaborate with general and local teams to align plans with business needs and manage master data quality to enable accurate decision-making. You will drive improvements in delivery performance and support lifecycle activities like launches and transfers. This position offers exposure to cross-functional projects within Iberia's supply chain, leveraging data and ERP systems to scale operations and reduce risk.

Responsabilidades

- Develop replenishment plans to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory.
- Monitor inventory performance, stock coverage, and replenishment parameters to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, manufacturing sites, and local stakeholders to align supply plans with business needs.
- Partner with CMOs to execute monthly rolling forecasts and timely PO execution.
- Drive delivery performance, reduce lead times, improve service levels, and enhance logistics efficiency.
- Support annual pricing reviews with CMOs to optimize costs while maintaining supply continuity.
- Lead bi-weekly performance reviews with CMOs to monitor KPIs and mitigate supply risks.
- Integrate demand forecasts into supply and replenishment planning, and manage lifecycle events from a planning perspective.




- Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure efficient product flow and timely availability across the Iberia affiliate.
- Support the monthly S&OP; process with supply insights, risks, and inventory projections.
- Participate in cross-functional projects for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Coordinate transportation from CMOs to the local warehouse and manage occasional international shipments with compliant documentation.

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- APICS/ASCM certification and knowledge of S&OP; and supply planning processes (highly desirable).
- Experience with supply planning systems (preferably SAP IBP) and ERP environments.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and replenishment methodologies.
- Experience developing and monitoring supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
- Experience in cross-functional projects and process improvement.
- 3–5 years in supply planning, supply chain, logistics, or similar, ideally in pharma.
- Advanced Excel with data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
