Overview

In this role you will support the development and review of long-term supply plans to align with demand forecasts. You will execute mid- and long-term planning processes for the region and provide data-driven input to S&OP; meetings. By monitoring supply constraints and inventory status, you help optimize availability and drive continuous improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure supply readiness and contribute to regional supply planning excellence.

Responsabilidades

- Assist in developing and reviewing long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts
- Execute regional mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans
- Monitor supply constraints and under-utilizations; provide data-driven recommendations to SC team
- Review inventory policies, track slow-movers, and monitor obsolete stock for efficient management




- Identify FG requirements and propose allocations based on priorities and market needs
- Provide detailed inputs/reports for regional S&OP; meetings ensuring alignment with supply and demand
- Collaborate with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to secure supply availability
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy

Requisitos principales

- 1–2 years of experience in a supply planning role or related field
- FMCG experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Problem-solving mindset and team orientation
- Ability to work in a diverse, global environment
