Overview

In this role you partner with the VP of a integral Customer Success business line to build and scale analytics across 13 markets. You own dashboards, data models, and analytics that inform decisions and growth, while increasingly incorporating predictive modelling and AI-powered insights. You’ll bridge business needs with data platforms, BI, and Product Analytics to drive strategic experiments and improvements. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a fast-moving, global team.

Responsabilidades

- Build and maintain recurring reporting, dashboards (Tableau, Superset) and data models for the designated business line
- Create automation that scales across markets and ensure alignment with BI standards
- Develop analytical models including statistics, regression, and forecasting; prototype MVPs for new use cases
- Adopt AI-first approaches to querying, coding, and analysis; contribute to reusable code and libraries
- Act as the translation layer between the business line and data teams (BI, Data Platform, Product Analytics)
- Lead deep-dives to explain not just what happened but why, and what next
- Propose, run,



and analyze experiments (A/B tests and beyond) to inform decisions
- Prioritize workload, triage requests, and align with stakeholders on priorities and timelines
- Escalate cross-team trade-offs to manager and ensure project alignment with business priorities
- Collaborate directly with VP and leadership to surface opportunities and improve performance

Requisitos principales

- Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar) +3-5 years analytics experience as an individual contributor
- Very good SQL skills (Big Query preferred); solid Python for statistical/predictive modelling
- Working knowledge of statistical modelling (regression, forecasting, A/B testing)
- Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau; ability to build dashboards for non-technical audiences
- Ability to digest complex data into clear business language and narrate insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
- Professional fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
