Overview

In this role you drive data-informed decisions to improve carrier performance, safety, and community impact within Amazon Transportation Services. You will lead the design, launch, and oversight of programs affecting customers and partners, collaborating across teams to standardize processes and accelerate improvements. You’ll manage pilots, report progress to stakeholders, and shape initiatives that scale across the network. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-growing, innovative environment.

Responsabilidades

- Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions and generate business insights
- Lead meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement initiatives, and improve programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle challenges, define standards, and streamline processes for continuous improvement




- Launch projects, monitor safety performance and community impact metrics, and report on key deliverables and objectives

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) at an advanced level and SQL
