Overview

In this Rev Ops Specialist role, you will own and optimize customer-support processes while contributing to Sales, Marketing and Finance as needed. You’ll work within a cross-functional Rev Ops team to scale support with Intercom and Fin AI, improve customer experience, and monitor key metrics. The position offers exposure to a growing customer lifecycle operation and opportunities to drive data-driven improvements. You will join a collaborative, autonomous team focused on operational excellence and business impact.

Responsabilidades

- Own Rev Ops processes and tooling for Customer Support using Intercom and Fin AI
- Configure and optimize Intercom inboxes and workflows, and Fin AI resolution rules
- Collaborate with CS to map and improve support workflows
- Define and track CS KPIs (response time, CSAT, ticket volume, resolution rate) and build dashboards




- Boost Fin AI resolution rate while maintaining CSAT
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Finance to fix them
- Support broader Rev Ops tasks across Sales, Marketing and Finance including reporting and CRM data hygiene
- Contribute to cross-functional Rev Ops projects beyond Customer Support
- Ensure data consistency across Rev Ops tools
- Assist in maintaining a scalable, reliable support operation with AI integrations

Requisitos principales

- 2-4 years of Rev Ops, Support Ops, CS analytics, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with Intercom; Fin AI or other AI support agents is a plus
- Comfort with data, dashboards, and basic analysis
- Versatile, hands-on with CS and broader Rev Ops tasks
- Understanding of business context to proactively improve operations and push back when needed
- Experience with Hub Spot or Lightdash, and Canny
- Experience in SaaS B2B metrics
- Native Spanish and fluent English
