As a Senior Software Technical Lead at ERNI, you drive the technical evolution of digital software solutions for robotics and industrial automation. You’ll shape architecture, steer technology strategy, and own the software product roadmap across interconnected systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you translate business needs into robust technical decisions while mentoring others and contributing to solution definition. This role blends leadership, hands-on coding, and strategic influence in a hybrid Barcelona-based setup with supportive onboarding.

- Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects and platforms

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience as Software Technical Lead, Software Architect, or Lead Developer
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and React
- Experience defining roadmaps and managing dependencies across digital solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical decisions and lead teams
- Advanced English proficiency; on-site availability in Barcelona 2 days/week
- Experience with Python, robotics or industrial automation is a plus
