Job Title: Receptionist (Spanish and English speaking) - On-site

Lo que harás en este puesto

Como recepcionista y auxiliar administrativo en nuestro equipo deberas:

- Recibir clientes, empleados y proveedores
- Gestionar y deribar llamadas
- Coordinar servicios externalizados (limpieza, reparaciones, mantenimientos, propiedad edificio)
- Control de accesos
- Gestionar y adecuar salas, áreas comunes y aparcamiento.
- Apoyar al Departamento de Prevención de Riesgos.
- Gestionar envíos
- Apoyar en eventos internos de empleados
- Monitorizar el buzón compartido.
- Gestionar de visitas (accesos, parking, salas, catering) y viajes corporativos.
- Realizar compras y brindar servicios generales a través de sistemas internos.

Formaremos un buen equipo si tú tienes:

- Nivel de Inglés (B2-C1)
- Microsoft Suite (MS 365) . Nivel usuario avanzado

Lo que ofrecemos

- Contrato eventual de 30h con horario de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 14:00
- Compensación anual 14.393 euros brutos
- Destacado ubicación de la oficina en la ciudad de Benalmádena
