People Hive is supporting a leading customer-experience (CX) outsourcing company in Spain in the search for a German-speaking Technical Product Expert for an international mobility provider in the e-bike industry.

The role focuses on technical support, investigating and troubleshooting issues rather than following basic scripts, and explaining technical matters to customers and lower-level support teams.

Critical Requirements

- Native or near-native German
- Previous L2 technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting technical products, hardware or software
- Experience working with tickets and escalations
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to investigate issues beyond basic customer-service scripts

Nice to Have

- Experience with e-bikes, cycling, automotive, electronics, IoT or connected devices
- Annual bonus of up to €2,400

Location: Spain

Languages required: German (native or near-native) and English

Working arrangement: Remote

Employment: Full-time, Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00

Salary: €22,500 per year (gross)
