Our partner is looking for a Conversion Copywriter & Content Lead based in Spain. This is a high-impact content and conversion role focused on turning attention into measurable business growth. You’ll own copy across outbound, paid advertising, landing pages, email, LinkedIn, and content assets. The role combines creative writing with strong commercial thinking and a relentless focus on performance. Accountabilities - Own conversion-focused copy across cold email sequences, paid ads, landing pages, newsletters, email campaigns, LinkedIn content, infographics, and carousels. - Write and adapt content for different audiences, campaigns, and distinct founder voices , maintaining authenticity and consistency. - Partner with AI tools and creative resources to produce content efficiently while providing the strategic direction and editorial judgment needed to make outputs effective. - Approach every assignment with a growth mindset,



prioritizing commercial outcomes over word count, aesthetics, or writing for its own sake. - Take ownership of messaging quality and performance rather than relying on designers or other team members to determine whether the copy works.
