They are currently recruiting for a passionate and innovative ITSM Tooling Lead to take full ownership of their new HaloPSA system - replacing the legacy Jira environment and shaping the future of how they deliver IT services across the organisation.This is a greenfield opportunity to configure and evolve HaloPSA from the ground up. You'll be the subject matter expert, working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into smart, scalable platform solutions — and driving continual improvement every step of the way.What you'll be doing:Own and configure the HaloPSA platform - workflows, automations, ticket types, service catalogues, templates, and integrationsLead the migration from Jira, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operational teamsAct as the go-to expert for all things HaloPSA,
