Position overview:

You will be part of the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team and support the growth of the business by bringing high quality candidates into the organisation.This is a great opportunity for someone with existing experience in high-volume internal recruitment. We will support you with the right training and development for your experience to ensure you succeed.

Key responsibilities include:




- Manages full life-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and offer management.
- Partners with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and Talent Management to understand the strategic direction of the business, the talent strategy, and workforce planning needs.
- Acts as a subject matter expert including market insights, industry trends, job knowledge, and ongoing business strategy in order to influence hiring decisions
- Researches, recommends, and executes new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Ensures hiring managers are aligned and aware of the hiring activities for their open positions with continuous collaboration and communication
- Serves as a candidate selection subject matter expert and trains hiring teams on the ‘best in class’ recruiting process, competency selection and behavioural based interviewing
- Responsible for timely activity
