- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles in digital transformation projects
- Collaborate with delivery and business development teams to understand project pipelines and upcoming talent needs
- Match internal or external consultants to project roles based on skills, experience, and availability
- Contribute to RFI and RFP responses by identifying and detailing available resources
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, and referrals to build a pipeline of technical talent
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments and interviews with project leads
- Maintain and update ATS and resource pool records
- Support offer preparation, contract coordination, and onboarding communication
- Track recruitment and staffing metrics and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
- Represent the company at networking events and recruitment initiatives to support talent engagement
- 5+ Years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment
- Experience sourcing technical consultants for IT, data, or digital roles
- Familiarity with staffing processes in professional services or delivery-based organizations
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, and Greenhouse
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work across global teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Understanding of the contracting and employment market in Spain and/or the EU
