At Concentrix, we are looking for a Lead Growth Representative to support one of our projects, driving lead conversion, partner engagement and new business opportunities across the SMB segment. In this role, you will work closely with partners, channel managers and sales teams to qualify opportunities, engage potential customers and accelerate the sales process. You'll combine proactive outreach, data-driven sales strategies and relationship building to help drive business growth.

What you will do in this role
- Drive lead conversion and partner growth: Qualify and follow up on marketing-generated and partner-led opportunities, collaborate with partners and channel managers, and ensure opportunities progress efficiently through the sales pipeline.
- Generate new business opportunities: Conduct proactive outreach through phone,



email and LinkedIn to identify potential customers across the SMB and unattended customer segments. Research accounts, understand customer needs and communicate the value of the products and solutions.
- Execute sales campaigns: Support targeted outbound campaigns, new product initiatives and regional sales strategies, working with country sales and channel teams to develop sales plans and re-engage stalled opportunities.
- Manage CRM and sales performance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, monitor lead aging and conversion metrics, and ensure smooth handovers to account managers and inside sales teams.
- Collaborate and continuously improve: Provide feedback on lead quality, identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and partner engagement, and follow up on outstanding opportunities to support faster sales cycles.
