WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Health & Safety Responsible, you will play a key role in driving Health & Safety initiatives across the market, ensuring safe workplaces, legal compliance, and strong preventive practices across all stores, offices, and operations. You oversee risk assessments, incident management, training, audits, and travel-risk processes while partnering cross‑functionally to embed a strong safety culture.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of workplace safety and compliance across our locations.
- Ensure compliance with country specific Health & Safety laws & regulations, as well as general guidelines and routines.
- Fosters a culture of safety and contribute to a secure environment for both employees and customers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety Policies, procedures, and manuals in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and controls, identify potential hazards, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure implementation.




- Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports, including root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Organize and deliver health and safety training to employees (e.g. fire safety, manual handling, first aid, etc).
- Act as the main contact for regulatory bodies, labour inspections, insurance representatives, emergency services and external healthy and safety partners.
- Provide safety & security support for travelers & execute Travel tracker protocols, including emergency travel response plans.
- Maintain direct contact with Prevention Delegates and Health & Safety Committees.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with the Health & Safety team, Store Teams, the Construction & Facilities team, People teams, and Operations to integrate safety standards into daily operations.
