The Asset Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all Asset Management activities Northland's Spanish projects during the operational phase. The role will be required to work in the Madrid office four days per week with one adaptable day to work from home.




Take overall ownership of Asset Management activities for the Spanish assets in operations, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with business objectives. Act as the central coordination point across technical, commercial, and strategic functions, monitoring key operational metrics and supporting risk and opportunity management. Provide clear insights and recommendations to support informed decision‐making by Senior Management. Lead and support a team responsible for Performance Management, Contract and Claims Management, and Risk Management, fostering effective collaboration and delivery. Maintain and continuously improve Asset Management processes, systems, training materials, and reporting requirements for the operational phase.
