Ethos is seeking experienced people operations and HR professionals to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policies, and performance-review materials, ensuring top-notch document craft and precise communications.
This is a fully remote, versátil engagement of 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.
