Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own and execute the regional merchandising strategy for women’s activewear in the UK and EU, steering assortment, launches, and performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling product experiences while optimizing pricing, inventory, and go-to-market plans. You’ll leverage data and customer insights to shape opportunities, scale Quince’s regional value proposition, and drive sustainable growth. This is a fast-paced, analytical role that shapes product quality and customer experience at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end product strategy and regional assortment for women’s activewear in UK/EU, including launches and performance tracking
• Serve as category expert and help build the department strategy
• Execute regional merchandising in collaboration with US Product Merchandising and regional peers
• Contribute to product ideation and evaluate new opportunities with business cases
• Cross-functionally align with Product, Planning, Marketing, Sourcing, and Design on launches, inventory, GTM,



and quality
• Analyze trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and implement optimization actions
• Own pricing and assortment decisions for the region
• Manage product catalogue, data accuracy, and system maintenance
• Develop site merchandising strategy and PDP improvements roadmap
• Monitor ratings, reviews, and returns to drive product quality enhancements
• Manage regional product samples and merchandising assets
• Maintain merchandising reports, tools, trackers, and pricing files
• Evaluate regional product compliance with partner teams to ensure readiness

Responsabilidades
• 8-10 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in womenswear, with activewear experience
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience; startup and blue-chip exposure preferred
• Proven track record of progression and increasing scope in roles
• Strong product awareness with commercial mindset and high attentio
