You will Maintain the standards and priorities set by the Operations Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Village with the Operations Team.About the roleProvide support to the Operations & Services Manager in their areas of responsibility for the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the VillageAssist the Operations & Services Manager to set up, track and achieve budgets for the common costs of the VillageAssist the Operations & Services Manager in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party contractorsSupervise daily maintenance, minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical,



painting and other projects carried out in the VillageCollect, consolidate, and analyze electricity/water consumption data from the property and all brands within the Village.Develop dashboards and executive reports to support operational and strategic decision‑making.Train and support internal staff, brands, and external partners on best practices in energy efficiency.Create educational materials (guides, presentations, recommendations) tailored to different audiences.Promote a responsible and informed energy culture across the Village.Ensure alignment with corporate sustainability policies, standards, and goalsIdentify energy‑saving opportunities and propose operational or technical improvementsAchieve the sustainability targets defined for the Village, contributing to reductions in energy consumption, emissions, and other key performance indicators.Focus on service with on‑site clean
