The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from the initial quotation stage through to successful completion and close-out, ensuring that scope, costing, resources, logistics and documentation are effectively coordinated. The role works closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Logistics and other departments to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget and in accordance with agreed requirements. The Project Manager also provides on going project feedback, coordinates project teams and third parties, monitors progress and costs, and ensures all project documentation and close-out requirements are completed within the agreed timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesIncluding, but not limited to:Quote PhaseManagement will pass on an RFQConduct service design and development as per GR_PRO_041Gather all info on the scope as inputsIdentify other inputs,



not supplied by the customerInput vs output gap analysisManagement reviewCost project using Project Cost Record (PCR)sheet templateDraft quote and issue management for approvalProject PhaseManagement will advise when PO is received for a projectReview costing and verify no increases or issuesRequest PO's for any third partiesSchedule and coordinate third parties and any of their shipping requirementsIdentify any specialist tooling requirements and have these engineered / manufactured / procuredMeet with Ops manager and select project teamDirect Travel Co-Ordinator on requirements for flights, accommodation and welfareBudget per diems and advise Finance ManagerDraft equipment packing list with Ops Management reviewCoordinate with stores for equipment and consumables requirements.Coordinate with stores for packingProvide draft CIPL to LogisticsGenerate project and QCP in the OPTIMUM Program or using excel templates and GR_PRO_051Conduct pre deployment meeting with entire teamDeploy to project and execute the scopeDirect tasks to technicians using OPTIMUM ProgramReport daily on progress and up
