professional and personalised responses.- Following up on complex requests and complaints until they are resolved.- Ensuring a high-quality customer experience and contributing to member satisfaction.- Recording and updating customer information in CRM tools.- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality.RequirementsWe are looking for someone with an excellent customer service mindset and strong communication skills.You are:- A native Dutch speaker with an excellent level of Dutch, both written and spoken.- Comfortable communicating with customers and focused on customer satisfaction.- Organised, autonomous and solution-oriented.- Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.- Able to work in a dynamic and international environment.- Able to communicate in English at a professional level.- Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, aviation or contact centres is a plus.Benefits- Permanent contract (CDI).- Full-time position – 39 hours per week.- Working hour
