Global Advocacy & Herrera Beauty Comms GraduateLocation: Barcelona, ESTeam: Communication & MediaJob type: GraduateOverviewCarolina Herrera Beauty is looking for a culturally connected and beauty-obsessed Global Advocacy & Herrera Beauty Comms Graduate to join the Global Communications & Advocacy team at HQ.Supporting the Global Advocacy Executive, Herrera Beauty Comms Executive, and the Global Advocacy & Herrera Beauty Comms Manager, this role will contribute to the day‑to‑day execution of communications, content and influencer marketing initiatives across fragrance and makeup.ResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in supporting the team across:Advocacy & Influencer SupportSupport advocacy campaign and communities coordination, global seeding, content tracking and reporting.Assist in identifying emerging creators, tastemakers, and culturally relevant talent across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment.Monitor social media trends, viral conversations, and consumer behaviours to help identify opportunities for the brand.Help manage advocacy tools, databases,
