This is an exciting opportunity to join a transforming international environment where you will contribute not only to day-to-day HR operations, but also to process improvements, service excellence and HR transformation initiatives.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvide HR administration support primarily forItaly, while also supporting other European countries as required, such as the UK and France.Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.Maintain accurate employee master data in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and prepare HR documentation, including contracts, confirmations,



reference letters and other employee-related documents.Support employees with documentation and administrative requirements related to international travel.Manage employee attendance records, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up on discrepancies.Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll-related changes.Collaborate with employees, HR teams, external providers, Finance and other stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality HR services in line with agreed service levels.Prepare recurring and ad-hoc HR reports and ensure compliance with integral processes and local requirements.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, efficiency and service quality.
