You contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation as well as drive automation and digitalization across finance.Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the FXP team include but are not limited to:Support the preparation and submission of the budget and the three-year business plan for the Legal Entity (full P&L;) in close collaboration with the commercial finance team, regional and global teams; Contribute actively to continuous improvement to radically simplify the planning process,Analyze deviations vs budget and investigate key P&L; line items, expenses by nature and/or destination and key department driving spentIdentify and analyze opportunities for financial improvements end to end by engaging the appropriate parts of the organizationWork closely with the Shared Service Center to deliver timely and high quality Month End closingsOwn recurring reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and provisio
