Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.Join Our Team as apart-time (0.5 FTE)Proposals and Contracts Senior Manager .About this roleAs part of ourCDS Dermatologyteam you will be working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.TheProposals and Contracts Senior Manageris responsible for facilitating, overseeing, and providing complete business support for the TFS business development team from client meetings to proposal generation and closing of contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex proposal, contract, and change order processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client-facing documents and project budgets.Serve as the senior subject matter expert for proposals and contracts,



acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients.Lead negotiations with clients, Legal, Business Development, and operational teams regarding contractual terms, budgets, Letters of Intent, Start-up Agreements, Work Orders, and Change Orders.Provide strategic commercial guidance and recommendations to senior leadership, Business Development teams, and project teams during proposal and contract negotiations.Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing a thorough understanding of client-specific contractual requirements and working practices.Support workload management and prioritization within the Proposals & Contracts team to meet business needs, client deadlines, and quality expectations.Ensure compliance with TFS SOPs, processes, policies, and quality standards across all proposal and contract activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry expe
