and escalatinate complex incidents when required.Perform administration and troubleshooting across MSSQL and open-source databases.Support application releases, upgrades, configuration changes, and deployments.Assist with structural application changes required during system upgrades.Support applications running across Windows and Linux environments.Respond to application-related queries from users working across different locations.Support the deployment of tools and operational processes that improve service delivery.Provide knowledge transfer to Tier-1 teams and support end-user training when required.Maintain technical documentation, system reports, and knowledge-base content.Participate in operational meetings and collaborate with other technical teams.Contribute to special projects and provide additional technical support when required.Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, approximately one week per month.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in application maintenance, application support, or
