As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team and help drive our financial operations forward.Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all bookkeeping and financial operations for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations- Supervise and mentor an accounting assistant, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance oversight- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports,



and forecasts on a regular basis- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries- Ensure compliance with local Spanish tax regulations as well as international financial reporting requirements- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed- Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities to support business decision-making- Manage payroll processing and related compliance requirements- Support international financial operations, including multi-currency transactions and cross-border reporting- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations- Maintain an
