Gi Group is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join Agilent Technologies (end client), in a multicultural and customer-oriented environment. Mandatory : Native/professional Dutch and professional-level English (used daily to communicate with customers and internal teams). What will your mission be? Support Sales representatives and customers, ensuring smooth and accurate processes: order management, invoicing and follow-ups in SAP , acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities Order processing : create and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Sales & customer support : provide information, resolve issues and support customers after the sale. Internal coordination : liaise with teams such as Sales, Logistics, Installation, Public Tenders, Credit & Collection , etc. Manage the customer journey : from the initial request to final delivery, following company procedures and policies.



Continuous improvement : suggest ideas to optimize processes and ways of working. Administrative tasks : handle documentation and regular administrative duties in line with established procedures. Conditions Hybrid model : On-site Tuesday to Thursday / Remote Monday and Friday Working hours : 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Salary : €29,000 gross/year Contract type : Temporary contract via Gi Group (ETT) for Agilent Expected start date : 01/07/2026 Estimated duration : 4 months What are we looking for? A motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented profile. Customer-focused with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Key requirement : Dutch (native/professional) + English (professional). Previous experience in Customer Service / Back Office / Sales Administration is a plus. Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP systems) is a plus.
