Responsibilities
Promote scientific information about Johnson & Johnson medicines to healthcare providers
Identify speakers, design and organize lectures and symposia for medical professionals
Analyze territory needs and customer portfolio, developing action plans accordingly
Report and analyze sales performance using CRM tools
Attend congresses relevant to products and therapeutic areas
Requirements
~ University degree, preferably in health sciences
~0 to 2 years of professional experience
~ Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency
~ Advanced English language skills (conversation, writing, reading)
~ Valid driving license
~ Ability to travel regularly
~ Strong organizational and autonomous work capabilities

Compensation: €30,000–€48,645 base, plus annual bonus and sales commissions
