The Role

Data center delivery lives and dies on the schedule. As a Scheduler and Planning Manager you'll own Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and schedule integrity across DayOne's active developments and future pipeline globally, from early-stage development through construction,



commissioning, and operational readiness. You will set the planning standard our PMCs and contractors work to, surface risks before they become delays, and give project leadership the schedule intelligence to make fast, informed decisions. This is a role for a planner from mission-critical or MEP-intensive construction who wants direct ownership on the client side of one of Europe's fastest-growing data center programs.

What You'll Do

Schedule Development
• Develop and maintain Level 1 to 3 project schedules across all project development stages
• Align delivery strategies with Procurement, Design and Engineering, Construction, Testing and Commissioning, and Operations teams
• Guide Project Management Consultants in building and maintaining Level 3 coordinated schedules with key milestones across Design, Procurement, and other project functions
