As part of our continued growth, we are looking for aIntegration Project Specialistto join our M&A; team.The position is expected to start inJanuary 2027.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the process of integrating newly acquired companies or businesses into the Palex Group.Work to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of processes, systems, and cultures between the acquired company and Palex.Manage the change; assess the company culture, mitigate adverse effects, and assess cultural issues.Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a project.Work with senior management to identify synergy and value enhancing opportunities.Supervise multiple teams (internal and external), tracking project deliverables and coordinating project work .Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports,



conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.On some projects, where applicable, manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.What You BringAt least 2 to 3 years at a multinational company with experience in consulting and/or project management. Specialization in merger and/or integration is a big plus.A fluent level of English (written and spoken) is required.
