The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:Supporting the management and setup of the Aftersales Services portfolio, ensuring the correct configuration of references, product costs, proposed margins, and contractual terms and conditionsMonitoring customer requests, quotations submitted, purchase orders received, conversion ratios, and key performance indicators to support business development and operational efficiencyAssisting in the coordination of deliveries, invoicing activities, and customer follow-up processes, including the analysis of customer satisfaction surveys and identification of improvement actionsMaintaining and updating product databases with accurate information on costs, delivery lead times, risks, and supplier data,



in alignment with integral framework agreements and company standardsManaging and updating business databases on a daily basis to support quotation activities, workload planning, order registration, and operational reportingCollaborating with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and global functions to ensure data accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Aftersales departmentMy ProfileCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldAdvanced level of English is required (C1)Previous internship or work experience is desirableStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret commercial and operational dataExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively both independently and as part of a teamP
