acting as a backbone for day-to-day financial activities.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)Build and maintain a 3-statement financial model for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysesOwn the Budget vs. Vigente (BvA) analysis, meeting with internal stakeholders periodically to solicit input and discuss variancesSupport data-driven decision-making by preparing analyses on performance, runway, and growth initiativesFundraising & Investor SupportSupport the preparation of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, data rooms and financial modelsCoordinate information flows during due diligence processes with investors and advisorsTrack investor requests, timelines, and follow-upsTransaction Execution SupportAssist in financial due diligence for VC, growth equity, and M&A; transactionsPrepare analysis, summaries, and documentation to support investment decisions and transaction executionReporting & MetricsPrepare periodic financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal stakeholdersSupport reporting to external stakeh
