Graphite is seeking a 1-2 year experienced L&D; Coordinator to support onboarding, training, and internal learning programs in a fully remote setup, with Madrid-based applicants preferred. You will partner with the L&D; Manager and progressively take on more content creation and community-building tasks.You'll manage onboarding materials, track learning data, and keep the L&D; channel active while exploring AI-driven improvements and lightweight dashboards.
