About the Company Our client is a fast-growing French scale-up at the forefront of the MedTech revolution. They develop smart sensors and software that allow physiotherapists and strength coaches to measure strength, balance, and range of motion in real-time. With a presence in over 70 countries and a recent major funding round, they are scaling their international operations. We are looking for a strategic sales leader to manage the LATAM partner network while spearheading direct business development within the Madrid region . Key Responsibilities: A Dual Strategic Role 1. LATAM Distribution Management (60%) Network Animation: Drive, challenge, and support existing distributors across Latin America.



Business Reviews: Conduct regular performance audits, set annual sales targets, and ensure partner alignment with the brand’s integral strategy. Expansion: Identify, vet, and onboard new distribution partners to strengthen market coverage in untapped territories. Sales Support: Act as the technical and commercial expert during key international trade shows and major negotiations. 2.
