As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Partnerships Development Manager for the UK&I; region (Microsoft Ecosystem focus) to help expand, strengthen, and accelerate our partner network.Ready to be part of the challenge?The Role- Search for & map new potential partners in the HR and software space with a strong footprint in the Microsoft Ecosystem, executing the full partner recruitment and sales cycle with them.- Leverage the Microsoft partner network and co‑selling channels to drive strategic distribution and reseller growth across the UK&I; market.- Act as the main point of contact for key Microsoft‑focused partners, VARs (Value‑Added Resellers), and IT consultancies.- Hold regular meetings (calls, video meetings, demos) with your partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems they may have.- Gather feedback from partners and clients to identify pain points, software integration opportunities,



and ways to further mature our partnership channel.- Upsell any additional Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs.- Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.- Play a key role alongside founding team members to drive UK&I; market share, traveling to the UK&I; frequently for industry events, Microsoft ecosystem meetups, and key partner visits.You’re a great fit if you- Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.- Have 3–4 years of experience in Partnerships or Channel Sales, preferably in a SaaS company or digital transformation environment.- Proven experience working with or within the Microsoft Ecosystem.- Understanding of vendor sales playbooks (specifically Microsoft co‑selling mechanisms and channel dynamics).- Experience working with and within the UK market.- You have knowledge or experience in Human Re
