You’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings,



handle confidential communications, and support key projects across the region.Your ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, travel arrangements (including multi-country Western Europe itineraries and occasional global region syncs), and expense reportsPrepare high-impact presentations, reports, and sales material using advanced MS Office Suite skills to support regional leadership and global alignment meetingsCoordinate internal and external meetings, events, exhibitions, and communications across Western Europe in close collaboration with the Assistant to the Head of Inside Sales Western Europe at our headquarters in Neutraubling, GermanyHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAssist in tracking KPIs and preparing performance summaries for the Western Europe region, including contributions to general reportingQualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (
