Job Description SummaryThe Core Repair team is responsible for the creation of methods, processes and tools that are utilized for unplanned maintenance such as Major Component Upgrades and Uptower Repairs to Service Onshore and Offshore Wind Turbines. The System Integration Leader (SIL) and Repair Engineer will focus on advancing repair capability on the entire installed fleet. They will have responsibility for system level coordination, initial scoping and contributions to Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), trade studies, contribution to and approval of requirements (DM2 and or RMS artifacts), and direct contributions to projects as a system engineer. They will interface across all the engineering segments including Mega Watt Constraint (MWC), Land Constraint (LC), and Services. They will work closely with the Core Repair, TLs, other SILs, Program Managers, Controlled Title Holders (CTHs), and business leaders to ensure requirements are understood and satisfied.
