The role sits on our Barcelona studio on a hybrid basis (3 X in office) or remotely within the UK, joining a passionate game team driving live-service experiences. You will lead discovery, define success, and partner with analytics to optimize engagement, retention, and player lifetime value across push, email, in-game messaging, and more.
