Powernet is seeking an Entry-Level Help Desk Technician to be the first line of defense for our technical support operations. You’ll handle incoming calls, log tickets, and resolve routine issues, ensuring clients have a smooth technology experience.

You’ll image PCs, set up workstations, manage Active Directory permissions, assist with deployments, and provide remote or on-site support, all while maintaining excellent customer service and a proactive attitude.
