BASE4 Biosciences is a health startup that helps people understand what is happening inside their body from a single blood sample.

We combine genetics, gene expression and AI to provide a deeper view of health: from genetic predisposition to what is happening biologically today across multiple organs, tissues and health systems.

The goal is simple: turn complex biology into useful, actionable information that can help people make better decisions about their health.

We want to build a strong community around that mission.

We are starting to collaborate with leading health influencers, key opinion leaders, clinicians, elite athletes and people deeply focused on health, longevity and performance.

We want to turn those collaborations into exceptional video content.

This is a video-first role.

We're looking for someone who is genuinely strong behind the camera and in the editing room, understands how to tell stories through video, and knows what makes people stop scrolling, watch and share.

You will take ownership of BASE4's audiovisual content and help us build a strong community around the brand as we scale internationally.

What you'll do:

- Film and edit high-quality video content for BASE4
- Create short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Film founders, scientists, clinicians, athletes, influencers, patients and collaborators
- Turn complex science and health concepts into simple, engaging visual stories
- Develop concepts, hooks, scripts and video formats designed to drive engagement
- Own the production process: ideation, filming, lighting, audio, editing and post-production
- Capture collaborations, events, behind-the-scenes moments, patient journeys and company milestones
- Repurpose longer recordings and conversations into highly engaging short-form content
- Continuously experiment with new formats and understand what makes content perform




- Help build and engage the BASE4 community around health, science, longevity and human performance

What we're looking for:

First and foremost, you are excellent at creating videos.

- Professional and semi-professional cameras
- Lighting setups
- Audio and microphones
- Video composition and filming
- Video editing and post-production
- Short-form storytelling
- Hooks, pacing, retention and social-first editing
- Tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar

We want someone who understands that great social content is not simply about making something look good.

It needs to make people want to keep watching.

Previous examples of videos that have generated strong engagement, reach or community will be highly valued.

A portfolio or examples of your work will be essential.

The mindset matters just as much.

We're looking for someone proactive, ambitious and creative.

Someone who sees a great story happening and starts thinking about how to capture it.

Someone who brings ideas instead of waiting for briefs.

And someone who wants real ownership of this area as BASE4 grows.

Location & travel

This is a hands-on role and cannot be done entirely remotely.

You will need to be able to work regularly with our team and collaborators in Barcelona and Mataró, where most of our content production will initially take place.

You should also be comfortable travelling when needed to film collaborations, events and stories across Spain and Europe.

BASE4 has ambitious international plans, and the scope of the content will grow with the company.

You won't simply be managing social media.

You'll be responsible for turning what is happening inside BASE4 into stories people want to watch, and building the community around them.
