WHAT YOU’LL DO





- Apply and develop your construction knowledge throughout the renovation process of Fix & Flip properties.
- Review and approve renovation budgets for Fix & Flip properties in the United States.
- Communicate with clients to identify and resolve issues throughout the draws and construction process.
- Identify and propose improvements to the draws process.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- No previous experience required; 1–2 years of experience in the real estate or construction sector would be valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to present information effectively to colleagues and senior-level executives.
- Strong understanding of building construction.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Previous professional experience working as part of a team.
