We are a leading manufacturer of Home & Personal Care products.

We are present in 40 countries with 12 brands, working in multiple categories (detergents, bleaches, air fresheners, fabric softeners, household cleaners...). We produce in our own two factories of Seville and Mataró (Barcelona) acquired at the time to Procter & Gamble, Henkel and Dalli, all of them of the highest technology. Also, in our recently acquired factory in Zittau (Germany).

About the job

From Bluesun we are looking for a Content development for our Communications Area in the Marketing department. This position will report directly to our Communications Director.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Production

- Create social-first content including static posts, carousels, Stories, Reels, short-form videos and simple animations.
- Translate communication briefs and campaign concepts into engaging visual and audiovisual executions.
- Adapt existing campaign assets to different social media formats, languages and market requirements.
- Develop reusable templates and content systems to improve production speed and consistency.

2. AI-Powered Content Development

- Integrate generative AI into the creative workflow, from ideation and storyboarding to image/video generation, editing and adaptation.
- Develop effective prompting and creative workflows to achieve consistent, brand-appropriate outputs.
- Explore emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to improve quality, speed and cost-efficiency.

3. Content Planning

- Support Communication Managers in monthly and campaign-specific content plans.
- Translate brand and communication priorities into concrete content ideas, formats and executions.
- Follow social media trends and emerging formats and assess their relevance for BlueSun brands.

4. Brand Consistency





- Ensure content respects each brand’s positioning, visual identity and tone of voice.

5. Content Performance & Optimization

- Review basic social media/content KPIs with Communication Managers and apply learnings to future content.

6. Agency Collaboration

- Work alongside external agencies and production partners, which will continue to lead major campaigns, creative concepts and complex productions.
- Increase BlueSun’s in-house capability for agile, everyday content and adaptations without replacing specialist external partners.

Skills and attributes:

- University degree or equivalent training in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Graphic/Digital Design, Multimedia, Digital Communication, Marketing or related disciplines. Additional training in generative AI, video production, motion graphics or social media content creation is highly valued.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in social media content creation, digital content production, creative/advertising agencies or in-house brand content teams.
- Practical experience using generative AI for image and/or video creation and the ability to adopt new tools quickly.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and platform-native formats.
- Experience with FMCG or consumer brands is highly valued.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- Strong professional English is required. Additional European languages are an advantage.
